The opportunity offered here is to break free from binary programming which reduces everything to 2 as is typified in thinking like, "You're either for me or against me." "You either win or lose." "It's either good or evil." The energy of 3 moves us beyond the back and forth polarity of two, bringing into play infinite new possibilities. Three awakens novel creative currents, ripe with new avenues of potential for action.
Service in one's life illustrates the spiritual law that whatever we give, we recieve back. Often it is not received from the party we've given to, but from elsewhere, because the energy of giving and receiving seeks out continuation and not limited to the binary or "2" dynamic.
Just being helpful to people, rather than being detached, is a form of giving. Volunteer work is a type of generosity which lifts us out of the limiting mentality of "Only for me and mine," and creates new bonds outside of our primary circle of relationships. Read to people hospitalized in burn units. Adopt an abandoned animal from a shelter. Pre donate your vital organs. The possibilities are limitless. Go within to ask the questions, "In what circumstances is my giving most needed; in which would it be most appreciated and valued?"

13 Moon Mayan Calendar
The ancient Maya were experts in astronomy, mathematics and calendar creation. The 13 Moon Mayan Calendar year is divided into 13 equal months of 28 days each. One month constitutes one revolution of our moon around the earth. One year is made up of one orbit of planet earth around our sun and 13 orbits of our moon around earth.
The year always begins on the 26th of July in the Gregorian calendar. Since 13 months X 28 days equals 364 days, the 365th day, which always falls on July 25th (Gregorian calendar), is referred to as the "Day Out of Time." It is no day of the week or month at all and is one of festivities and art, and is dedicated to nurturing harmony and reflection.
New age spiritual leaders say that the irregularities of the Gregorian calendar (months of 28, 29, 30 and 31 days) have led man into a time of war, carnage and destruction of our planet.
